Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Your story is yours. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Wildflowers of Grace website, courses, the Community, coaching, and emails, and how we take care of it.
Who we are
Wildflowers of Grace is a trade name of Esaltare, LLC, 5276 Longvue Dr, Frisco, TX 75034. Questions about privacy: privacy@wildflowersofgrace.com.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name and email when you take the quiz or assessment, download something free, join a waitlist, book a conversation, or buy something; your answers to the quiz and assessment (your seasons of life, your age range, and your petal scores); what you tell us in forms and booking questions; and what you post in the Community.
- Payments: handled by our payment processor. We see what you bought and when, but never your full card number.
- Coaching: the notes your coach keeps, including the next step you choose. They're private and used only for your coaching.
- Automatically: basic information your browser sends (such as device, pages visited, and approximate location), through the cookies our platform uses to run the site and keep you signed in.
How we use it
To give you what you asked for (your results, your downloads, your courses, your sessions); to send the emails you've agreed to; to tailor what we send to your season and scores; to answer you; to run, secure, and improve the program; and to meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your information, and we never share your story without your permission.
Who helps us
We use trusted services to run the program. They process your information only for us:
- Kajabi: our website, courses, the Community, email, booking, and payments.
- Google Workspace: our email.
- Zapier or Make: sends personal follow-up emails from our coach's address.
- Video meetings: the live rooms for coaching and group sessions.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
Your email choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Emails about something you bought (receipts, access, booking confirmations) still come, because you need them.
Cookies
Our platform uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is open, and afterward only as long as we need it for records the law requires (such as payments). Coaching notes are kept for the length of your coaching and two years after, then deleted. Ask us to delete your information anytime.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download, or delete your information, and to stop marketing emails. Write to privacy@wildflowersofgrace.com. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you, and we'll honor them.
Children
The program is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Group coaching and the Community
Group coaching sessions are recorded for members, and we say so at the start. You can turn off your camera, rename yourself, and use the chat. What members share in the Community and group sessions stays there; please honor each other's stories.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with its date, and email you about significant changes.
