Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
We want every purchase to feel like a gift, not a gamble. Here's how refunds and cancellations work. If anything here is unclear, write to billing@wildflowersofgrace.com and we'll help.
Memberships (Base and Advanced)
- Cancel anytime from your account, or by writing to members@wildflowersofgrace.com. Your membership stays active to the end of the month or year you've paid for, then ends. We don't charge you again.
- Refunds: if you're not happy, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, payments already made aren't refunded, and your access runs to the end of the paid period.
- Advanced asks for a three-month commitment, so the coaching relationship has room to work. You can cancel at any time, and billing stops after your third month.
- Founding rates last for as long as your membership continues. If you cancel and later rejoin, the current price applies.
- What ends when membership ends: the courses, the Community's member channels, group coaching, and member prices that came with it. Any course you bought on its own stays yours.
Courses bought on their own
- A course you buy on its own is yours for good, with every update.
- Refunds: ask within 14 days of buying and we'll refund it in full.
Coaching
- Rescheduling: move a session for free with at least 24 hours' notice, from your booking confirmation or by writing to coaching@wildflowersofgrace.com.
- Late cancellations and missed sessions: with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you miss the session, it counts as used. Life happens; if there's an emergency, tell us and we'll do what we can.
- The four-session focus: use your sessions within six months of buying. If you stop partway, we'll refund the sessions you haven't used, at the per-session price you paid.
- Monthly coaching: cancel anytime; the month you've paid for stays bookable. A session not booked within its month doesn't carry over.
- Single sessions can be refunded in full up to 24 hours before the session.
Retreats and events
Each retreat lists its own refund terms when you register.
- Wildflowers of Grace Women's Retreat, Fall 2026 (December 2–4, 2026): cancel by November 15, 2026, for a full refund. After November 15, cancel by December 1, the day before the retreat begins, for a 50% refund.
How to ask
Write to billing@wildflowersofgrace.com with the email you used to buy. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Wildflowers of Grace is a trade name of Esaltare, LLC.
