Terms of Service

Welcome to Wildflowers of Grace. These terms are the agreement between you and Esaltare, LLC, doing business as Wildflowers of Grace ("we"), for using our website, courses, membership, the Community, coaching, and emails. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself; an account is for one person. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be 18 or older.

Purchases, memberships, and access

• Courses bought on their own are yours for as long as we offer the program, with every update, for your personal use.
• Memberships (Base and Advanced) renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment; your access runs to the end of the paid period. Membership gives access to every course, the Community's member channels, group coaching, and member prices while it lasts. Courses you bought on their own stay yours if your membership ends.
• Advanced has ten seats and a three-month commitment.
• Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. We may change prices for new purchases; a founding rate stays the same while your membership continues.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching, courses, and the Community are support for growth and change, rooted in faith. They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal or financial advice, and they don't replace them. You're responsible for your own decisions. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Community

Be kind, tell the truth gently, and keep what others share private. Don't post anything hateful, harassing, sexual, unlawful, or selling something. We may remove posts and, if needed, end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund for that period.

AI voices and presenters

Some lessons and videos are narrated by AI voices and presenters created for Wildflowers of Grace. We always say so. They are not real people, and they never coach you; coaching is always with a person.

Our content and yours

Everything in the program (lessons, worksheets, cards, audio, video, and the Wildflowers of Grace name and logo) belongs to us or our licensors. Use it for yourself; please don't copy, resell, or share your login or our materials. Printables may be printed for your own use. What you post in the Community stays yours; you give us permission to show it to the Community there.

Disclaimers and limits

We offer the program "as is" and do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it.

Changes, law, and contact
