Photo & Media Release

We love to share the beauty of what happens here, and we always honor your comfort first.

Last updated · June 16, 2026

Some of the most tender, joyful moments of a retreat are captured in a photograph, a candle, a circle of women laughing, the lake at golden hour. This release explains how we use those images, and how you can opt out at any time.

i.What you're agreeing to

By attending a Wildflowers of Grace retreat, you grant us permission to photograph and film you during the gathering, and to use those images and recordings, including your likeness, voice, and any written or spoken words you choose to share publicly, in the ways described below.

ii.How we use these images

We may use retreat photos and video in:

  • Our website
  • Social media, Instagram and similar platforms
  • Marketing emails & brochures
  • Promotion of future retreats

We use these images only to share the spirit of Wildflowers of Grace. We will never sell your image to a third party or use it in a way meant to embarrass or misrepresent you.

iii.No compensation

You understand that these images are used without any payment or compensation to you, now or in the future, and that we own the photographs and recordings we create.

iv.If you'd rather not be photographed

Always your choice

Your comfort matters more than any photo. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, simply let us know in writing before the retreat, or quietly tell a host once you arrive, and we'll do our best to keep you out of frame.

And if a photo of you has already been shared and you'd like it removed, just write to us. We'll honor that request and take it down from anything we control as soon as we reasonably can.

v.Protecting one another

What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Out of love for the women beside you, please don't post or share photos of other attendees without their consent. The sisterhood here is built on trust, and we each help keep it safe.

vi.How to reach us

To opt out, request a removal, or ask anything at all, write to journey@wildflowersofgrace.com. This release is part of our Terms & Conditions.
