By reserving a seat or using this website, you're agreeing to these terms. We've kept them as clear and human as we can. Wildflowers of Grace is a dba of Esaltare LLC ("we," "us," "our").
i.Who we are
Wildflowers of Grace is a faith-rooted women's retreat experience operated by Esaltare LLC. When we say "the retreat," we mean any gathering, event, or experience we host.
ii.Reserving your seat
A seat is reserved when you complete registration and pay your deposit. Seats are limited and intimate by design, and they're offered first-come. You must be 18 or older to register, and the information you give us must be accurate and your own.
iii.Payment & pricing
A $150 deposit reserves your seat. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the retreat begins. If a balance isn't received by its due date, we may release the seat. Prices are in U.S. dollars and cover what's listed for that retreat, typically lodging, meals, materials, and planned activities. Travel to and from the retreat is your own.
iv.Cancellations & refunds
Plans change, and we hold that gently. The full details of deposits, refunds, transfers, and blessing your seat to another woman live on our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
v.Changes by us
Now and then, something outside our control asks us to adjust, weather, a venue, a date, a host, or a piece of the schedule. We'll always do our best to keep the heart of the experience intact and to tell you as soon as we can. If we ever have to cancel a retreat entirely, you'll receive a full refund of what you paid (see the refund policy).
vi.Our covenant together
A retreat is a shared, sacred space. By coming, you agree to treat the other women, our hosts, our partners, and the property with kindness and respect. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave, without refund, whose conduct harms the safety or peace of the group, though in our experience, this has never been needed.
vii.Health, risk & responsibility
Our retreats include time in nature and on the water, walks, a boat cruise, a hot tub, and more. By attending, you accept the ordinary risks of travel and these activities, and you confirm you're well enough to take part. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, or medical professionals, and the retreat is not a substitute for professional care. Please read our Health & Wellness Disclaimer, it's part of these terms.
viii.Photos & media
We sometimes photograph our gatherings to share the beauty of what happens here. How we use those images, and how you can opt out, is set out in our Photo & Media Release.
ix.Our materials
The workbook, written reflections, designs, photographs, and other materials we create are ours, offered for your personal use at the retreat. Please don't reproduce or resell them. We'd love for you to share your own experience, just not our materials as your own.
x.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Esaltare LLC and its hosts are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your participation, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the retreat. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
xi.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, where Esaltare LLC is organized, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.
