Because each retreat is small and intimate, your seat is held just for you, which means we commit to lodging, meals, and materials well in advance. This policy keeps that fair for everyone at the table.
i.Your deposit
A $150 deposit reserves your seat. This deposit is non-refundable, as it allows us to hold your place and begin preparing for you. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the retreat begins.
ii.If you need to cancel
We understand that sometimes a season asks you to step back. If you need to cancel, just let us know in writing, and here's how it works:
iii.Pass it on, or bless a sister
If you can't come, you're welcome to send a friend in your place, simply let us know her name and we'll take care of the rest.
Or, if you'd like, you can donate your seat to bless another sister, a woman who longs to come but couldn't otherwise. It's one of the most beautiful things that happens here, and we'll make sure your gift reaches someone who needs it.
iv.If we ever cancel
If we have to cancel a retreat for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of everything you paid, including your deposit, or, if you prefer, the option to carry your full payment forward to a future retreat. We are not responsible for any travel costs (flights, hotels, rentals) you may have arranged separately, which is why we gently recommend the next point.
v.A word on travel insurance
Because life is unpredictable and travel can be too, we lovingly encourage you to consider travel insurance when you book flights or make other non-refundable arrangements. It's a small thing that can bring real peace of mind.
vi.How to reach us
To cancel, transfer, or bless your seat, write to journey@wildflowersofgrace.com. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days. This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions.
