This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website or reserve a seat at a retreat, why we collect it, and the care we take with it. Wildflowers of Grace is a dba of Esaltare LLC ("we," "us," "our").
i.What we collect
We only ask for what we genuinely need to welcome you well. That includes:
- Contact details you give us, your name, email address, and phone number when you inquire, join our list, or reserve a seat.
- Retreat details you choose to share, dietary needs, allergies, roommate requests, and any notes you send us so we can care for you over the weekend.
- Payment information, handled securely by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website information, basic, anonymous analytics such as which pages were visited, gathered to keep the site working and readable.
ii.How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, save your seat, plan the practical details of the retreat, send you the welcome letter and packing list, and, only if you've said yes, share an occasional note about future gatherings.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever. That's not who we are.
iii.Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with trusted partners who help us run the retreat, for example, our payment processor, email service, and the host or lodging where we gather. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
iv.Sensitive information you share
Sometimes you'll tell us something tender, a health need, an allergy, a hard season you're walking through. We hold those things quietly and share them only with the people who need to know in order to care for you (for example, our chef for a dietary need). You're always free to share as little or as much as you like.
v.Cookies & analytics
Our website may use simple cookies and privacy-minded analytics to understand how the site is used and to keep it running smoothly. You can turn cookies off in your browser at any time; the site will still work.
vi.How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to care for you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. When it's no longer needed, we delete it.
vii.Your choices
You can ask us, at any time, to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails with one click, or simply reply and ask. To make any request, write to journey@wildflowersofgrace.com.
viii.Keeping it safe
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is ever perfectly secure, but we treat your trust as something worth guarding.
ix.Children
Our retreats and website are intended for women 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
x.Changes & how to reach us
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of the page. For anything at all, you can always write to us at journey@wildflowersofgrace.com. A real person, usually Steph, will write back.
